Formerly Chief Executive Officer of John E. Reid & Associates and Director of London House/McGraw-Hill's Instructional Systems Division, Stan created portions of the Reid Interviewing and Interrogation course. He has trained representatives from the Office of Personnel Management, Central Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Prisons, FBI, DEA, US Dept. of Health & Human Services, US Dept. of Veterans’ Affairs, US Marshals Office, US Postal Inspection Service, National Parks Service, US Air Force, Army, Navy and Marines, the Smithsonian Institution, the states of Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Missouri, Minnesota, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming and numerous city and county government agencies and many of the most respected private firms and employers.

Stan created and directed the Reid Interviewing For Integrity pre-employment program and developed the London House/McGraw-Hill, Inc. Interviewing Techniques For Applicant Truthfulness instructional course. Stan was Instructor of Business Ethics at Metropolitan State College in Denver and taught employment procedures and practices in the engineering department of the Colorado School of Mines. He is currently a consultant based in Evergreen, Colorado and travels extensively assisting employers in the creation of custom pre-employment and current employee interviews and training programs.
